"Because of my back, leg and ankle pain, I was headed towards back fusion surgery. I had become more and more limited in all aspects of my life. I had to quit exercising (resulting in an added thirty pounds).

I could no longer work. I even had difficulty getting out of a chair and walking more than a few dozen steps at a time. My pain kept me from sleeping through the night. Before I came in to the Pinnacle Center I was barely walking. My family doctor said, “It’s just muscle, you’ll be out of bed in a couple of days.” It wasn’t. I couldn’t get out of bed without help from my son.

I couldn’t roll over. I could barely work. I couldn’t do any housework. My kids were having to come to my house to do housework because I couldn’t even push a vacuum. Today I’m a normal active person. I can get out of bed by myself. I can do my own laundry. I can vacuum my own house. That may sound silly, but it’s amazing when you go from barely being able to walk where every step is painful to realizing that “Wow” I don’t hurt anymore. That’s the best gift Dr. Greenlee and his office has given me – the ability to live my life pain free again.

I was afraid I was at the point where I was going to have to be in pain for the rest of my life. I would tell anyone considering a consultation with Dr. Greenlee that it’s the best decision they could make in their life. You have basically two choices – you can live the rest of your life in pain, or you can find a way to correct it. "Finally! I Can Drive Without Pain..."

"I had back surgery in 2002 following an accident. I had pain in my low back, hip and sometimes shooting down my leg. It was difficult for me to drive long distances without pain in my back. Walking was painful and I listed to one side to keep the pressure off my hip.

The options for relieving this pain were limited. One day a friend came to our house and we were talking about back pain and past surgery. I explained the pain I was having and he told me about the treatment that he had received from Dr. Greenlee and the Pinnacle Spine Center and the success of that treatment.

I called and set up the initial consultation and proceeded with treatment. It took awhile but I began to feel less pain and pressure in my hip and low back. I was walking longer distances and standing up straighter. I could drive without pain in my low back. Dr. Greenlee put me on an exercise program to strengthen my back and abdominal muscles. "Before I started my spinal decompression therapy, I had a hard time just walking to my desk at work not to mention when I got there I could not sit there for any length of time without being in so much pain that I would need to take a pain pill just to make it through the day.

I would have to take muscle relaxing pills and pain pills by the end of the night just to get to sleep. I was missing a lot of work days too because I was in so much pain and the only relief I had was to be laying down with pain pills.

I always enjoyed flying out to NC to visit my grandchildren. I love playing with the grandchildren and seeing my son. I always tried to see them at least twice a year, but there was no way I would be able to sit in a plane long enough to get back to see them. I was feeling like my life was never going to be the same. I was desperate to get my life back. I wanted to get off the pills and get my life back.

I went to two different doctors and I had two injections in my back which did not help and then I was told that the next step could be surgery. That was the last thing I wanted. Surgery was not an option I wanted to look at. I had a co-worker tell me that she went to Dr Greenlee and that she is doing so much better.

I must say that is the BEST advice I have ever taken. I now have my life back. I can walk right into work and I sit at work all day with NO pain pills.
