- From Interstate 5, take exit 104 to Hwy 101 N.
- Exit Black Lake Blvd (the Capitol Mall exit), drive South towards ProBuild (formerly Lumberman’s).
- Take a left at the 1st light (as if you are driving towards ProBuild), then an immediate left into our parking lot.
- Our building is to your immediate left (facing Black Lake Blvd). Our door is to the left of the sign Pinnacle Health Solutions.
